Hoss, Jenner, Chuckie, Ziggy Seeking New Homes

Hoss is a 3-year-old good ol' fashioned mutt! He is a very active and muscular boy that has learned to love swimming. If you're looking for a dog that turns heads, look no further than Hoss. We have never seen a dog that looks like him before or since. Hoss loves to be around people, but it does take him a little time to become comfortable with new faces. Once he warms up to you, he becomes the most loyal dog. Our trainer has even trusted him to be off leash a time or two. If you are willing to give him a little time and help him to trust you, Hoss will be your perfect boy.

Jenner is a wonderful 5-year-old Rottweiler. He is very curious and is interested in everything and everybody. He loves to go for walks, give kisses, and play with a bucket. Yes, I said a bucket. If Jenner gets a little metal bucket he has a ball with it. He throws it in the air, pushes it around, and barks at it. It's great fun to watch. Jenner loves to be petted but gets very nervous when hugged around the neck, so it would be best for him to not be in a home with small children. Jenner would fit in well with an active couple that loves to go for long walks.

Chuckie is a wonderful boy that is roughly 7 years old. Chuckie has been at the shelter for quite some time now, almost 4 years. He is a lounger, he just loves to find comfortable beds, warm sunbeams, and towels fresh from the dryer to sleep in. This guy is quite the lover, but he didn't start out that way. When he first arrived, he was down-right scary. He was declawed, with no way to defend himself, and he was so frightened of us and the cage. Through some hard work on the staff's part, he blossomed into a wonderful cat. Chuckie is waiting for a wonderful home now.
 
Ziggy is a big girl with a big personality that is 6 years old. She is very demanding when it comes to getting attention, she forces you to pet her. She will rub against your leg and talk until you reach down to pet her. If you don't pet her, she will then jump up on something and talk a little louder until you do. She is a very sweet girl that loves to play as much as she likes to lounge about and sleep. She's pretty cute when she runs through the place chasing a ball. This girl will definitely worm her way into your heart.
