Bring your baby to boot camp: Hot Mamas in Training is a stroller fitness class offered at for new moms. Winter classes are being held in the gym, but in the spring they’ll be mowing down the flab with their stroller babies in Fenton City Park.

Red Belt Required: Advanced Combat Fitness is offered at Riverchase as part of their Tae Kwon Do package, but it can also be taken as a standalone class.
