Come explore and experience the art styles of Jacob Lawrence and Romare Bearden. We will learn about the lives and works of both of these 20th century African American artists. We will also be creating images using similar techniques that each artist would have used. Ages 7-12. Registration required.

More About St. Louis County Library, Meramec Valley Branch
The Meramec Valley Branch Library opened June 10, 1986 as part of the St. Louis County Library system. The small library has a full array of services, a digital card catalog, internet availability and children's programs. It also has Wii, Xbox and PlayStation games that can be borrowed.The library has a manager, four library assistants, two circulation assistants, four library clerks and a youth librarian. It is located in the Community Development building on the City of Fenton Campus.
