Well Monday night was an interesting council meeting! Many people showed up to protest Bob Boyer's UDO changes based on Bill No. 12-0512, the only problem was, it was the wrong bill included in the agenda. Joke's on you! Now how do you think those people felt driving all that way only to be told that it was the wrong bill and the council would not address it? I counted the number of people who spoke out against the UDO changes, there were 5 out of 10. I would say to Boyer that the people do not want you messing around in their property affairs. It was clearly evident that the people are fully aware of the atrocities contained in this bill that Boyer tried to sell as legislation that would bring additional business into the county. That is so far from the truth as I pointed out in earlier blogs. It does not allow businesses or people more freedoms, it restricts and eliminates the property rights of the residents and costs more money. One question I have to ask: Doesn't anyone review the agenda before it's posted?
Next, did anyone notice there are three Council people (Kreitler, Lane and Waymon) who voted for Waller's ability to veto the regulation contained in Bill No. 12-0637 A-1 that mandates you produce paid tax receipts before being allowed to perform a job for the county or hold an office? You have to ask yourself, is this because they don't believe that they should be accountable to anyone including the residents of Jefferson County? Please note that Arnold has this ordinance and my thoughts are, as long as I have to show my paid receipt to get a license for my vehicle, I would think these three council members would feel it is a part of their responsiblities to help ensure that everyone in the county pays their fair share.
Finally, why didn't Boyer think it was important to let the rest of the council know about the format changes in the Journal? Same Boyer, different day! No one else matters except him. It's been that way from the date of his inception as the chair. Now you would think that the vice chair would step up when the chair is lacking in knowledge of the correct protocol. You would think, but that didn't happen either - does it surprise anyone that it didn't? At least everyone knows what to expect from Boyer and Waymon - Boyer doesn't care that there are 6 other council members and that he answers to the residents of Jefferson County and Waymon is lucky if he has time to read all the paperwork before the meeting. That's okay though, he's last in line for voting so he can just vote the way Boyer, Kreitler and Lane vote. As long as his votes NEVER coincide with Bickowski's, Reuter's and Groeteke's votes, he's good. If that happened, he would actually be voting in an ethical manner - oh the horror!
Now as I've said before, if you don't believe me on any of these shenanigans that occur during these meetings, please watch the video.

If you watch, you will see that Ms. Van de Riet is batting 0-6 on her baseless accusations. Ms. Van de Riet's version of the "truth" is almost as bad as MSNBC's daily liberal broadcasts. It's a real shame that the space allotted for the above couldn't be used for a more positive purpose for the community.

Mr. Boyer:
Please list where I was incorrect. Give me facts, if you have them. In other words, put your list where your mouth is.
Why is it when politicians are doing the opposite of what they promised when they were elected, we as the citizens of the County should be mute about what they are doing wrong. You, Mr. Boyer, have been the first to step up and attack people in the Leader when you feel they have legislated incorrectly. Why should I as a resident of Jefferson County that pays for your salary be any different? If you are ashamed of the Bills and Resolutions that you put forth, why support them?
You are incorrect in saying that I am not positive in my blogs. In the past, I have complemented the Council Members when they do the right thing. At the same time, I will call you out when you do not hold to the principles that you say you stand for.
I'm sure the editors of the Patch are fully aware that you would like nothing more than for my voice to be silenced. Dems also like to silence those that speak out against them.

As is seen on this blog, Bob Boyer is long winded and full of hot air when it comes to proving his point. He stated that my blog was baseless and wrong, but did not prove these accusations with facts. This is not surprising to this blogger. Mr. Boyer is definitely full of himself and enjoys hearing himself talk.

Linda,
All one needs to do is watch the video and it becomes crystal clear that you have some kind of convoluted way of viewing things and relaying them. It's like a train switching tracks, one minute you're going north and the next minute you're headed east, at least they have a destination! Keep heading east til your hat will float.

Doris,
Of course you would defend your friend, Boyer. That's typical, he can't defend him because he knows what I blogged was the truth. We've seen it over and over and it's quite apparent that you have no life of your own. You need to constantly troll the internet looking into other people's business so that you can open your big mouth and insert your big foot. Since I could care less about your opinions, you can take them and shove them as far as they'll go either up or down (north or south).
Doris Borgelt

See that's what I don't get. I am not defending Bob, I am pointing out that all anyone needs to do is watch the video and come to their own conclusions as to your inaccurate rendition of the events. You were incapable of taking accurate minutes and you cannot accurately relay information, that is all that I am saying. I also cannot understand why you consistently refer to "We" when you are writing. Is it a midget you have in your pocket or is one of your mulitiple personalities advising you in your literary accounts of events?

Doris, the only four legged animal on this page is a big rat and that is you. I think you need to list what was wrong just like I requested a list from your bud, Bobbie.
I hear you're going to run for Mayor in Arnold. That will be like the Gestapo recreated in Arnold. I guess then you'll have more reason to sit outside people's houses and driveways. What's wrong, can't you get a real job? Another loser that has to suck off the taxpayers in Arnold, right?
Doris Borgelt
2:43 pm on Thursday, August 23, 2012
Dear Linda,
I saw no mention of a four legged animal! Are you suffering hallucenations also? No one needs a list, poor dear, as anyone who reads your account of events and watches the video will be quite aware of the above mentioned inaccuracies! I see that you feel the need to call me names, but that is what some people do when they, like you, cannot argue the issues.
You heard right, I am going to run for Mayor in the City of Arnold. Yes, I will be walking right up to doors and knocking on them and talking to people, a normal activity for anyone running for office. You might want to be careful about making statements that you cannot prove, because they are untrue. Just giving you fair warning, I know how you like to categorize simple statements as threats. Aren't you the one who is looking for a "real" job? You were unable hold the one you had taking minutes for the county council, the least you could have done was perform your duties to earn the $800 of taxpayer money you were collecting each month! The only loser that needs to suck anything around here, would be you and I'm sure we could provide an alternative to your thumb.

Dear Doris,
The minute taker subject is old and stale, we've already gone through all that, try to catch up. I didn't work for the county for a full time paycheck, I have a job and I don't need to look to the taxpayers to support my life or in your case lack of.

Doris,
Where's the list that WE want? WE are waiting. WE want to know what was incorrect.
Doris Borgelt
4:15 pm on Thursday, August 23, 2012
Old and stale? There you go talking in a plural "we" again! At least you have the first part of your sentence correct, I think most will agree you didn't work for the county, that's why you don't now! You state I lack a life? What a lame argument! What does that have to do with the issues? Nothing! I can guarantee my day's and evenings are quite full, guess I just organize my time accordingly. Isn't it funny, up until recently you most certainly did look to the taxpayers to support your life and you couldn't even give them what they paid for.
Doris Borgelt
4:25 pm on Thursday, August 23, 2012
Well darlin, I guess you and your imaginary friends will be waiting a loooong time, because the real people, you know the ones who others can see, they are capable of reading your flight of fancy and comparing it to the actual video. So anyone who has any interest whatsoever doesn't need a list! You can stomp your feet and cross your arms and hold your breath until you pass out, then maybe you will awaken with a new adult attitude...yeah, I know I'm dreaming.

Well honey, WE guess WE have proved our point. You're all hot air as WE knew. No list, no facts, all crap that's what you're full of.
Doris, hon, your life is lived through other people's lives whether it's through sitting at the end of their driveway or road or scouting the internet for blogs. You're so busy trying to get involved with us that it's kind of pitiful.
I didn't support my family on the little bit I got from the County and I worked for the Council for the first two months for free. Should you become the Gestapo Mayor - will you work for free for the first two months? And if, as you say, I supported my family on $300 a month after taxes and gas money, will you support your family on $300 a month? The tax payers in Arnold would love that you believe $300 a month supports a family of 4, that will save them a lot of money.

Linda,
You seem to be such a troubled soul. Previously I suggested you take up fiction writing, as you have absolutely no grasp on reality. Math doesn't seem to be one of your strong suits either! I find myself questioning your business acumen, if you get paid $800 per month to provide a service that you spend $500 per month on gas and taxes to perform and you take a standard deduction for two children...well, everyone else will get the picture. It seems now you have proven, you cannot accurately record the minutes of a meeting, you cannot accurately relate what happened at other meetings you attend, you cannot conduct business in a profitable manner and you lack basic math skills. Oh yeah and I forgot that little mental instability thing you keep exhibiting when referring to yourself in a plural manner. Can you spell psychiatrist?????

So Doris, now you're sitting at the end of my driveway - that's frightening - and you're there when I get my taxes done - even more frightening? I don't remember you sitting next to me. How would you know who I claim on my taxes?
Speaking of recalling things. Where is my list of things that are incorrect on my blog? I asked for a list from your bud, Boyer and you about the things that are incorrect with my blog and you can't come up with it. You write some stupid gibberish about holding my breath - that pretty much indicates you're full of crap.
Your boy, Boyer, is a train wreck and you jump on other people to defend him when he's indefensible. Not suprising losers usually run in a pack. Can you spell loser?????
Doris, you are an idiot, that's the best name I can come up with for you. One thing is for sure, you make me laugh.
Doris Borgelt
9:39 am on Friday, August 24, 2012
No, Linda, I'm not sitting at the end of your driveway. I'm reading exactly what you post on here. I'm not making anything up, not adding anything to it, just working from the data you personally post. You are the one who said you only had $300 left after taxes and gasoline. Your monthly check was $800, since it was a contracted payment, not a paycheck, there were no taxes taken out of it. You stated you support a family of four. $800 minus $300(which is what you said you had left) means that $500 went to the taxes and gasoline, using your data. If you claim no dependents, well then I guess the IRS and public thank you for your donation!
I did not say I would write a list, if you understand the English language, you can see anyone can read your words and look at the video and compare them for themselves. I think the stupid gibberish may have been the original post and all of your subsequent psychotic blurbs that follow.
If Mr. Boyer is such a train wreck, he must be a quite popular one! He won a race he didn't even enter. Ask Rob Vescovo, I think he will confirm that Bob must have a pretty good name in Jefferson County.
You can call Bob and I losers, but the fact is, we won our elections! You on the other hand did not. Actually you can call anyone who disagrees with your position anything you want! It just continues to show the public they had a valid reason for electing Nicole Bradley, someone who did no campaign at all, over you.
Linda Van de Riet
10:47 am on Friday, August 24, 2012
Where's the list, Doris? Maybe you would have more time to make one up if you stopped sitting at the end of my driveway and stopped trying to figure out who I claim on my taxes.
Bob does not have a good name in the county. An example of that was Republican Club meeting, no one would sit with him because they are aware of the mess he is. He had to move to the front of the room to sit with a couple of the gentlemen. I guess he could have sat with his Libertarian friends, but that looks too obvious so he has to make sure he avoids them during meetings.
As far as the race, I could care less. All the Libertarians and you, the idiot of Arnold, are the ones who seem to have a problem with it. I didn't campaign, I didn't try. As I've stated, I can do the same thing without holding an office and I have a job so a political office is not important to me unlike you that is hoping for a chance to suck from the taxpayers. Again I ask, honey, if you get the office and that's a big IF, are you going to work for the first two months with no pay check and again, I ask can you support a family on $300, you seem to think so. I'll reiterate; the taxpayers will love a cheap Mayor.

I guess that old head of yours is much thicker than first thought. What is the matter with you, Linda? Do you just have a big problem understanding English? You ignore anything anyone says, turn around and just make things up! Seriously, I'm not a doctor, but I do recognize mental instability when I see it. Try calling COMTREA. Can you even make up your mind on the $300? It doesn't seem like it. A 63% tax rate is even higher than the so called top 1% pay in taxes. You really need a reality check! You dig yourself a bigger hole with each word you write. What is sad is that you don't even know how ridiculous you are making yourself look! Would you like another shovel?
Linda Van de Riet
12:15 pm on Friday, August 24, 2012
The only one that needs a shovel is you to beat sense into your own head.
As far as mental instability, anyone that looks at how you go around the internet interjecting your opinion into everyone's blogs as a county council person would laugh. WE already know you have no life, that's evident and you want to pick a fight with anyone. Those are true indications that you're either an older woman with insecurity issues or you lack maturity - most likely both. The only people that agree with you are the Libertarians and what they have to say is as meaningless as dust. They are, however, good for my blog, Dan Barger is loving it. They love to spend hours shooting hot air out of their windpipes as you do. You really should think about becoming one, you relate more to them than you do Republicans - oh, that's right, you can't get elected if you run as a Libertarian.
As far as what I claim on my taxes, you have no clue and you cannot stick your nose into my business like you try to do to people in Arnold. Can you spell NOSEY????
Doris Borgelt
12:45 pm on Friday, August 24, 2012
Llinda,
Everyone's blogs? You haven't a clue about me and frankly I couldn't care less, except for the fact that you are printing blatant lies and I must certainly set the record straight.
No one has to pick a fight with you, you start them all by yourself. You print your fantasy interpretations of events and you expect no one to correct your obvious inaccuracies!
Why do you insist on putting labels on everyone? Frankly, I don't care what party someone belongs to as long as they are of good character, have exhibited qualities and opinions that I can agree with and seem to know the difference between right and wrong. I occupy a non-partisan position and will be running for another non-partisan position.
As far as your taxes, you are the one who is putting it all out on line here. No one is sticking their nose in your business, you are publicly publishing it all. Maybe you should put a disclaimer at the end of each blog that says, "If you read this, don't express your opinion!"
By the way, do your alternate personalities have names? Maybe you can claim them for a sizable tax break!(Just kidding, that would be illegal.) I think the public would like to meet them all! You have a wonderful day, Linda! Maybe someone can find you one of those jackets with the extra-long wrap around sleeves!
Linda Van de Riet
1:16 pm on Friday, August 24, 2012
Lies, where are the lies, where's the list. I guess you think you have the right to go around fabricating stories about people without producing evidence when you sit on the Arnold Council, right Doris? In your own mind, you are justified.
Good qualities and opinions, right and wrong? Now I know your looney because Boyer is about as far away from good qualities, opinions and right and wrong as you can get. Jefferson County residents realize that every time they have to attend a meeting to oppose his awful legislation. Unfortunately, sometimes they show up for nothing when the wrong Bill is posted. So much for Boyer's leadership qualities.
As far as my taxes are concerned, you know no more than you did when we started this argument, that's the beauty of personal confidentiality that can't be broken through a Sunshine Law request - too bad for you, Doris.
You have a wonderful day as well!!!!
Doris Borgelt
1:25 pm on Friday, August 24, 2012
There is no list, Linda. There will be no list! Your demands will not be met. I am not the one fabricating stories here, it is you. You are seemingly bouncing off walls.
You can have an opinion about Mr. Boyer or anyone else for that matter, but you cannot change facts, facts that all people have to do is WATCH THE VIDEO, to see you are inaccurate in relating your FICTIONAL STORY to the public.
I have no interest in your taxes, Linda, you are the one who put it all out on here and expect people to believe your TRIPE.
You really should check into that jacket, it might possibly provide you with some comfort this weekend. Hugging yourself might make you like yourself more, which would hopefully make you a less bitter and happier person. You certainly have provided much entertainment in the last couple of days. Thanks :)

So because you believe in your own mind that my blog was incorrect, everyone else should believe it as well! You are really into yourself aren't you, Doris? Where's the list, Doris?
The only one that needs a hug is you. You are quite pitiful (as I said before), I understand it's hard when you have to live through other's lives because you have no life of your own. I wish you a weekend filled with many houses to keep watch over. Make sure you keep that flashlight handy while you're ensuring that the Arnold residents do what's right - according to Doris.

I've been told you must absolutely, positively have the last word. So I guess I'll be entertained yet again!
I don't have a lot of time to devote to this, but I'll make an exception for you!
You just keep waiting with bated breath for that totally unnecessary list you're demanding. No one else needs or wants it, just you. Anybody else has eyes and ears and the reading skills to see that you're way off base with your account of the meeting events.
I get plenty of hugs daily! I appreciate your concern for my social life, but since you are not in my inner circle, you'd have no idea what I do on a regular basis. I've made no assessments of your home situation or daily activities. I'm merely making comments on what I see you write in a public forum for all to see. I have no need to live my life through that of others as you assert, but most people know that, so I'm not too worried about your inaccurate public assesments of my life, as you really have no clue!
Just remember, there are laws on the books that are meant to be followed, just as there are rules of procedure. Hence right and wrong. I don't like liars, and that is what I consider you to be. You keep proving my case over and over again. Yes, I called you a liar. Making a fool out of yourself by continuosly attacking me won't do you any good, even if it does provide a source of amusement for me!
I can't recall ever encountering someone as oblivious as you, guess there's a first time for everything.
