Looking for a way to drink more water?

Are you looking for a way to drink more water? 

You should try cucumber water!  This is a refreshing drink that not only makes water taste extra fresh and clean, but also boosts its nutritional content.  

Cucumbers are a great addition to water because they contain Vitamin C and caffeic acid, two antioxidant nutrients that can help protect the skin from sun damage. Vitamin C boosts collagen and elastin, which helps keep skin looking vibrant while caffeic acid protects skin cells from UV radiation. 

Cucumbers also have natural anti-inflammatory properties and help to prevent water retention. Cucumbers also contain silica, an essential component of healthy connective tissue.

In addition to making you want to drink more water, you may find cucumber water a great substitute for the following:

1) Soda

2) Caffeine

3) Alcohol

As the weather begins to heat up, make a batch of cucumber water.  Your body will say Ahhhh!

This is such a great idea. I have been trying to drink more water, but I just get bored with the taste and want a Dr. Pepper instead! I have to try this!
