Saturday evening my daughter and I finally got to visit the Lantern Festival at the World Class Missouri Botanical Gardens (http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org).
It was a beautiful evening and a sold out event. Even in the crowd of 4000 plus, I was able to pop off a few nice shots
I also got to try out my new camera for the first time, which is excellent at shooting in low light.
For all of you technical people I used a Canon 5D MKIII with a 24-70mm f2/8 lens with ISO ranges from 200 to 5000. All shots were hand held.
Enjoy,
Ferd

Great shots. One of the best things about St. Louis is the gardens.

Good color and clarity for hand-held low-light. A good tool is a lot of fun in the right hands.
