Shot Gun and PlayStation Stolen While Homeowner on Vacation

Weekly incident reports from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

The following incident report was reported by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

Greenfield Manor Drive, Fenton

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department is investigating a burglary that happened in Fenton while the homeowner was away. The homeowner asked a friend to check his house, and on Dec. 6 the friend found a rear window broken.

The homeowner waited until his return before contacting the sheriff. On Dec. 11 he reported that an air soft pistol had been moved and that a Remington 870 pump shot gun had been stolen. His PlayStation, a digital camera and about five dollars in change were also missing.

A deputy dusted the air soft pistol for prints and was able to lift partial prints from both sides of the barrel.

No arrest has been made at this time.

I use to have a Reminnton 870 Express, wanted the full black one but anyways. . . Don't use airsoft guns as real guns! http://www.airsplat.com/airsoft-safety.htm Police officers are not going to take the time to think "is it real or fake?" no!
