A man faces a second aggravated stalking charge as St. Louis County Police said he continues to defy an order of protection by contacting his ex-girlfriend.
Ramon Molina, 33, of the 400 block of May Valley Lane in St. Louis County near Fenton, was charged Friday with aggravated stalking.
Molina also was charged with aggravated stalking July 20 after contacting the woman at least six times between May 22 and July 19, police said.
Since Molina was released on bond from the first aggravated stalking charge, he has driven to the woman’s workplace and her home and left threatening voice messages, according to a police report.
He sent her a friend request on Facebook Aug. 1 and on Oct. 10 he called her six times at about 1 a.m., police said. They also said the woman fears for her safety and her child’s safety.
The woman was awarded full custody of a child she and Molina had together. He was not awarded visitation rights.
