Farmer's Market Opens Next Door to Fenton, in Arnold
The Arnold Farmer's Market debuted Saturday.
Although there has been talk of opening a Farmer's market in Olde Towne Fenton in recent weeks, there is a new one next door in Arnold.
The Arnold Farmers Market opened at Fox Middle School, 745 Jeffco Blvd., on Saturday.
The Olde Towne Fenton idea for a farmer's market will be a key element of a new pavilion the city is building at the Meramec Greenway trailhead at Old Highway 141 and Gravois Road.
In Arnold, a committee of volunteers organizerd by the city will operate the market, which is expected to comply with all local health and safety codes.
